The owners wanted a modern, low-maintenance bathroom without moving the plumbing, which kept the job fast and avoided new drainage under the floor. Large white wall tiles, a stone-look splashback and a glass screen make it quick to clean, and the mirrored cabinet keeps the vanity top clear. The walk-through video below shows the result. A One-Week Bathroom Renovation in Botany
Keeping the bath, shower and vanity in their existing positions meant no new drainage under the floor. That decision took days off the programme.
The room was stripped back and rebuilt with a new waterproofing membrane under the tiles, then finished with large white wall tiles and a speckled stone-look splashback behind the bath.
